BIBLE REFERENCE: PSALM 136:26
26 O give thanks unto the God of heaven: for his mercy endureth for ever.
THE MESSAGE: When we appreciate God for what He has done for us, we move Him to do more for us. That you are alive to this first day of July is a great miracle worth thanking God for. Many had plans to execute today, meetings to attend today and business ventures to carry out today but, alas! They are no more. Some are in the grave, while some are in mortuary waiting for burial.
Give thanks to God for every blessing you have received, not received, or yet to receive in future. Thank Him for your health, family, business, relations, friends, job, children, parents, spouse, and so on and so forth. Give thanks also for the seemingly bad things that have happened to you or are happening to you even now. There is a divine purpose to make it work out for your good (Romans 8:28).
Giving thanks to God confuses your enemies who want to hear you murmur and complain against God. It strengthens your faith God, opens more doors of blessings, it refreshes you spiritually and increases the Presence of God in your life.
Learn to give thanks to God today!
